Once a year we get the BEST breakfast in town, bar none! It really helps bring in those time changes to spring forward.

Thank you to all the men of COL who gave their service so lovingly. Looking forward to 2013!!!

Charles and Pat Mawson co-hosted a experiential circle with the Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls.

This was quite an experience for those who had not tried it! The tones and vibrations of the bowls tunes to C and F, plus the tones of the Tibetan Bowls set up a harmonic vibration that moved and healed.

The annual Chili Cook-off is a much awaited affair! Like most people, the congregants of COL really love to eat and chili is a favorite, especially on a cold February day. Along with the prestige of having the best tasting chili is the use of the coveted front door parking spot for a year!!! This event provides great fellowship along with a varied and eclectic buffet of chilies. It was a tight race, and our winner this year is Judy Flores. Congratulations!

What can be better than to bring your animal family members to church with you?  That is exactly what we do on the first Sunday in October!  It is amazing how quiet and attentive these family members become when Rev. Kay is speaking.  They sometimes help Rejoice with the music too!  All go away blessed to another year of joy and health.
